Luca is a character I made for the anime My hero Academia.

His quirk is [Swiss Army hands] User can shape their hands into a variety of different tools and weapons as long as they have knowledge of the desired tool. Blades, knifes, corkscrews, scissors, lockpicks, the possibilities could be endless. The user is only limited by the size of their hands and the fact that they can't remove the tools or permanently damage themselves.
